Integration End User License Agreement

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of integrations provided by InstantWork, including the Vercel integration. It supplements the InstantWork Terms of Service, which identify the service provider and govern your account. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

1. Acceptance and authority

By installing, connecting, or using an integration, you agree to this EULA. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms and grant access to its connected accounts, projects, deployments, and content. If you do not agree, do not install or use the integration.

2. License

Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service, InstantWork grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the integration for your own or your organization's authorized workflows while your access remains active. InstantWork and its licensors retain ownership of the integration. You retain your rights in your code and content.

3. Authorized access and automation

You authorize InstantWork to use the permissions you grant to perform configured workflows. For Vercel, this includes reading project and deployment information, storing and using an automation bypass credential you supply, accessing selected previews, and capturing screenshots or recordings. This authorized use of deployment protection credentials is permitted under the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for choosing the correct projects, controlling workspace access, and ensuring that you have permission to capture and share the content involved. Do not use the integration to gain unauthorized access, infringe others' rights, or interfere with third-party services.

4. Captured content and sharing

You grant InstantWork permission to process, store, reproduce, and display captured content to provide the workflows you configure. Captures may be processed by browser and storage providers and shared in InstantWork messages and GitHub pull requests.

A protected preview does not make its resulting media private. Captures and shared media links may be accessible to people who cannot access the original deployment. You are responsible for ensuring that captured content is appropriate for the destination audience, including public repositories where applicable.

5. Third-party services

Vercel, GitHub, and other connected services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, permissions, availability, and charges. This EULA is between you and InstantWork; it does not make those providers parties to this agreement. Changes or restrictions in their services may affect integration functionality.

6. Review and availability

Automated decisions and visual captures can be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing code changes and pull requests before merging or deploying them. A screenshot or recording is not a guarantee that a change is correct, secure, or free of defects. To the extent permitted by law, the integration is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or successful capture.

7. Disconnection and termination

You may stop using the integration and disconnect it through InstantWork. Disconnecting removes the saved connection and credentials from InstantWork. You must remove the manually supplied bypass credential in Vercel to revoke it there. You may also revoke the integration's access through Vercel.

Disconnection does not automatically delete previously shared captures, messages, or pull request comments. Suspension and termination of your InstantWork account are governed by the Terms of Service.

8. Applicable terms and statutory rights

The Terms of Service govern matters not addressed here, including applicable fees, liability, disputes, and changes to terms. If the documents conflict specifically about integration use, this EULA takes precedence to that extent. Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
